In the event that your order is damaged during transit, let us know as soon as possible.
Email email@example.com with photo/s of damaged product and packaging. Once this is done you will have the option to have it replaced or refunded.
Occasionally orders are delayed or lost during shipping. If there is no movement on your tracking number after 7 working days from shipment, contact us so we can start an investigation, replacement or refund of your order.
Exchanges are not available on these items if you change your mind. For damaged items during shipping please refer our refunds section above.
We do accept exchanges of unopened paint that is factory sealed, in original condition, and with-in 14 days of purchase.
It’s the customers responsibility to properly pack and mail back the product(s) at their cost. Paint must be received undamaged to receive an exchange or refund. Please take care while packaging.
