Shipping & Handling
The team at Troupes & Wyatt love what they do and take great pride in sourcing and supplying the best quality vintage, furniture and paint products we can find.
With this in mind, we make sure every order of paint is packed to withstand being dropped from a height of 1.2metres (the shippers guidelines).
Each order is packed in a cardboard box, which is then filled with biodegradable environmental packing Pop Starch. This means it is compostable outdoors as it breaks down with water.
For vintage items being shipped, we take the upmost care in wrapping each individual item to suit its shape, fragility etc. As for larger Vintage items, we will contact the buyer in regards to the best way to send it. Hand delivery can be organised if it's in the Auckland area, a fee may apply.
Shipping is not offered unless the purchaser arranges pickup and payment from their end. If this happens and packing/wrapping is required then a fee will apply. We will contact you directly to discuss this.
We allow for contactless pick up of orders by arrangement. This is from our home base in Pahurehure, Auckland. Email us at email@example.com to make arrangements.

In the unfortunate event that your item has arrived damaged during transit, please let us know as soon as possible. You may be able to receive a repair, replacement or compensation from the postal carrier.

Allow 5-7 days for processing and shipping of your order. Shipping is only available within New Zealand.
There are times when you may receive your order more quickly and other times there could be delays due to postal/courier delays, which are out of our control.
For orders where paint is required for a project we recommend ordering a week in advance.
Paint orders over $150: Free
A courier can be arranged at an additional cost, please contact us for a quote.
At present we send all orders via NZ Post tracked or Courier Post. All orders are provided with a tracking number that is emailed to you.
Check your tracking number with them before contacting us to see where your order is. Once it is in the hands of the carrier we have no control of delivery time.
