What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?

We are 4 minutes from the Papakura off ramp on the Southern Motorway. There is parking for 4 cars on our drive way and with careful parking needed in our Cul-De-Sac.

What's the refund policy?

While we do not provide refunds, if you can't attend your booked workshop we can transfer the amount paid to any future date of the same workshop or credit towards a workshop that is of higher value. If those options don't work first, we'll then issue a general store credit.

 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We'll have record of your signup and payment, however don't hesitate to bring your receipt in case!

 

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes- make sure to notify us ahead of time through a quick call or email, so that we know who is actually attending.

Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances we will have to cancel workshops.  If this is the case we will notify you at a minimum 48 hours before the class commences and will offer a full refund or a store credit if you wish to purchase vintage items or milk paint.
